Cats are allowed to roam freely in Whitman County. Stray, healthy cats will not be taken by animal control to WCHS unless the cat is injured and the owner is unknown.
If the cat is injured or sick, or you find a kitten, please call your local police department to create a report, and then call WCHS! -
