The Fences Are Up and the Sprinklers Are In!
We still need donations to open Pullman's first dog park!
In conjunction with AnimalHaven, WCHS plans to provide:
- Two fenced acres for dogs to play and socialize
- Separate areas for small and large dogs
- Water fountains for dogs and handlers
- Irrigated and maintained grass field
- Rolling topography
- Attractive landscape design
- Double-gated entrance/exit for safey
- Secure, keyless electronic card entry system
- Biodegradable bags and waste receptacles
The park will be open all year from dawn to dusk.
Funds for the dog park must be generated separately from those for the AnimalHaven pet shelter.
Adopt-A-Yard is something everyone can participate in. You can help build a home away from home where dogs can run free AND learn to socialize with other dogs and their owners. All donations will be recognized. For every $10, you make an additional square yard of the first dog park in Pullman possible!
To Adopt-A-Yard online and pay by Paypal, please select from the drop-down menu below and click "Add to Cart." Your "donation cart" will open in a NEW window. Please do NOT close the new window; you must use it to "check out."
Questions? Contact the administrative office by phone at (509) 332-2246 or by e-mailing .
